The master plan has been developed with consideration for preserving the area’s industrial identity and its proximity to nature. The new district will be the meeting point between nature and cultural history, located on the former industrial site where the historic paper factory once stood. The plan includes the construction of 450 homes of mixed housing types, some of which will be established as apartments within the existing factory buildings.
